Dr. Lydia Lasichak MD

Dr. Lydia Lasichak, MD is a physician who specializes in rheumatology. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduating from medical school, Dr. Lasichak then completed her residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Dansville, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lasichak completed a Rheumatology Fellowship focusing on osteoporosis, bone density training, musculoskeletal radiology and hospital administration at Henry Ford Hospital.

Dr. Lasichak is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the American College of Rheumotology, Michigan Consortium for Osteoporosis, National Psoriasis Foundation, National Osteoporosis Foundation, American Academy of Medical Directors, American Medical Association, and Michigan Rheumatology Society. She has also been involved in rheumatology research projects as a principal investigator and co-investigator. Dr. Lasichak serves on the Amgien/Wyeth, Abbott, Merck, Pfizer and UCB Advisory Commitees as well.

Dr. Lasichak has been named one of America's Top Doctors seven times and has won awards for her excellence in teaching.
